They buried the Lord and sealed the tomb by rolling a large stone in front of it. They stationed soldiers there to guard it (Mt 27:66). Easter, for which we are to celebrate this evening, is a reminder of the hope that brings new life. We celebrate in the darkness the hope of light, and we are called to bring this light of hope out into the world.! read more
